Appointments from your website - Put a "RAT" on your website!

Now You Know can put a "RAT" on your website. RAT stands for "Request Appointment by Text". Now You Know introduces this new feature that allows your practice to make it as easy as possible for new and current patients to make appointments.

In the past, some have tried to have appointments made from websites by sending emails to the doctor for the appointment.  Unfortunately, most offices do not check their email in real time so the appointment was usually not confirmed until after the patient had already arrived.

With Now You Know's new RAT feature on your website, new and current practice members can request appointments from your website with the request being sent via text message to whatever cell phone you designate.  You can also change the number any time you want, or even change it to an email address. This way you never miss an appointment made through your website!
