how to import a list of emails for your newsletter

To import a list of e-mails into NYK Central, please send us a spreadsheet (Microsoft Excel will work for this) that contains your list of people. Please make sure that the spreadsheet you send to us is organized like the below:

Example Spreadsheet:
Title
First Name
Middle Initial
Last Name
eMail Address
Mr.
John
Q.
Doe
jdoe@johndoerocks.com

All columns are required. However, the title, first name, and middle initial may be blank if you do not have that information.
